There are numerous dental insurance plans that we deal with daily. It is impossible for our office to know the policies and covered benefits of every insurance plan. It is the responsibility of the patient to know and understand the policies and the benefits of their insurance. The patient is ultimately responsible for payment, not your insurance carrier.
