The hygienist was knowledgeable about my dental history. Therefore she could check on prior issues observed to ensure they do not become real problems. Secondly, they are most helpful in suggesting best practice for flossing and cleaning teeth between visits specific to observations of the individual client’s teeth and gums. Thirdly, the dentist comes in to physically probe the teeth, review the dental health issues, and discuss any follow-ups if needed. – Gary T.
I very much appreciated that Carolyn was so careful and quick in her cleaning and assessing as well as explaining a new condition (lichen planus) she discovered which she made clear is not of concern.
