Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and recommended treatment options. Occasionally, more information may need to be
gathered for a proper diagnosis and/or treatment options. Any reason for additional information will be explained thoroughly.
In the endeavor of being prepared, we ask you to fill out your medical and dental histories forty-eight hours prior to your appointment. Also, please let us know if you have any current x-rays. We are very mindful of radiation exposure, yet we do need current, accurate radiographs to help you. If we do not have the above information, we may need to reschedule your appointment to not waste your time.
Needed prior to your first appointment:
- Completed registration in Oryx
- Provide Insurance Information (if applicable) in Oryx. To help us bill your insurance company.
- Provide us with information regarding any current x-rays within the last 2 years.
Important: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 for their first appointment.
Please alert the office if you have any questions regarding pre-medication prior to your dental appointment.
